The Vanguard Erie (TVE) is a collaborative pilot program, managed by Erie's Black Wall Street (EBWS), and Bridgeway Capital’s Minority Owned Business Incubator (MOBI).

The goal of this 10-month program aims to empower aspiring and existing minority business owners in Erie County with comprehensive support, education, mentorship, and funding opportunities to help them launch and grow their businesses successfully.

Through an application process, Erie's Black Wall Street and Bridgeway Capital will select 10 to 15 entrepreneurs from different business sectors and guide them through a supported journey which unfolds in phases.

During this process, we will help entrepreneurs jumpstart their businesses and then for the next 10 months (1 weekday per month from 6 to 8pm and 1 Saturday per month from 10am to 12pm.), provide them with the types of information that is designed to help minority business owners envision, implement and then see their ideas succeed.
