Celebrate Black History Month with us at Gannon University as we shine a spotlight on Florence Price, an extraordinary composer whose brilliance is finally being recognized! Don't miss the chance to hear her powerful music performed by world-class pianist Michelle Cann and members of the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra. It's a night of inspiration and discovery that will leave you in awe of a woman whose legacy is too important to forget. Starring internationally-acclaimed pianist Michelle Cann and featuring members of the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra, this student-led program will educate you about a woman history forgot and her incredible contributions to the American musical tapestry.
