*Minimum Credit Score: Participants must have a minimum credit score of 600.
*Must have held active employment for a minimum of 12 months.
*Purchase in 2025: Eligible participants should be in the process of buying a home in 2025. This means that you must purchase a home before December 31st, 2025.
*Personal Statement: In addition to meeting the above criteria, we kindly request that all individuals interested in entering the drawing submit a brief paragraph or two explaining what winning $10,000 towards the purchase of a home means to them. This personal statement will help EBWS understand your aspirations, financial goals, and how this assistance can make a meaningful difference in your path to homeownership.
