* Tattoo to be provided by Derrick Voricci at Wayward Tattoo 4428 Peach Street. You will receive an email request after submitting form requesting a picture of your receipt. Receipt must be visible, legible, at least $25, and dated between August 1st, 2020 through September 5th 2020. Winner will be announced on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 5 p.m. at Manus Sunoco. (Winner does not need to be present to win.) 75% of raffle cash proceeds will be donated to Manus Sunoco. 25% of raffle cash proceeds will be used by Erie's Black Wall Street for future educational and overhead costs.
